We use quality materials and ensure that they are fitted properly
We fit Worcester Bosch boilers (Every Worcester boiler has Which? Best Buy Accreditation) and as a Worcester Accredited Installer they come with free extended warranties. We use quality controls and pumps, picked not because they are the cheapest but because we have found them to be reliable.
We make sure pipe work looks good
We ensure that our pipes are level and plumb, even where they are not seen. They are properly clipped and insulated where needed. We put fittings where the customer would like them, rather than where is most convenient.
We use copper pipes wherever possible
We have serious reservations about the use of plastic pipes as manufacturers continue to changing their ranges making alterations to older systems difficult - they expand too much when hot and are unsightly due to the bulky fittings. Copper takes a little longer to install and is less convenient for the installer, but it has been known to last 50 years or longer in fine working condition.
We make good
We fill around any holes that have been drilled for pipes. Any floorboards that have been taken up are screwed down and carpets are properly re-laid. Bricklayers are used to repair where there have been old flue holes through brickwork and carpenters are used when required to make alterations to woodwork.
We use qualified electricians
Certified, registered electricians are used for any electrical work undertaken, ensuring the customer’s safety and a professional finish.
We tidy up
We use dustsheets to protect the property while working and tidy up and remove our tools at the end of every working day. We ensure that the house is in the condition it was before we started.
We Powerflush
As standard practice we Powerflush every boiler change and heating system on completion. This is to ensure the removal of debris from the system, to improve the functioning and efficiency of old systems, and to protect the new boiler and fittings.
