New boilers are much more efficient than their older counterparts. Since April 2005 it has been a legal requirement that new boilers installed are SEBDUK A or B rated (86%+ efficient). This compares to as little as 55% efficient for some older boilers.

Worchester Bosch boilers (90%+ efficient).

Controls updated to reflect current building regulations and to customers preferences.

Pipe work installed to be as hidden as possible.

System power flushed on completion.

Minimal disruption to the home.
